Skyborne Technologies Establishes U.S. Headquarters, Appoints Adrian Dudok as CEO, USA
Virginia, USA – August 11, 2025 – Skyborne Technologies, a pioneer in AI and autonomous robotics systems, is proud to announce its official expansion into the United States with the establishment of its U.S. headquarters in Virginia. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in the company’s global growth and commitment to serving allied defense markets with advanced technology solutions.
As part of this expansion, Skyborne Technologies will transition into a U.S.-based company, with a focus on building robust sales, marketing, and manufacturing operations to support its growing customer base across North America and Europe.
Co-founder Adrian Dudok will relocate to Virginia to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, USA, overseeing operations in the United States and Europe. Meanwhile, Dr. Michael Creagh, CEO of Skyborne Technologies Australia, will continue to lead sales efforts across the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions while pushing technological evolution in his CTO role.

Skyborne Technologies’ U.S. operations will serve as a hub for sales, marketing and US production. Skyborne Australia operations will continue to serve as a hub for research, development and production.
